FILMKITA is an online-based company founded in July 2013 by a remarkable group of individuals with one common goal: the vision to take our local film industry to the next level.
Organization Profile:
Since its recent founding in July 2013, FILMKITA is an organization aiming to become the leading platform to introduce underground film scene in Malaysia to the masses. Again, the company is an online based company that focuses on the entire Klang Valley. We aspire to penetrate underground film scenes across Malaysia in 5-10 years time. The company is in the process of expanding its venture across Asia, starting with our neighbouring countries like Indonesia, Singapore & Philippines with hopes to discover more young talents to be introduced globally, as aligned with our tagline "Recognising Youth, Unleashing Talents".

An avenue to promote & introduce urban underground short films by youths in our country, Malaysia. Hence, to encourage more film lovers to be a part of our community that supports local films.

We believe in the balance of delivering superior quality work while having fun in what you do. We also cherish thrilling, unconventional ideas since we value the freedom to throw in wild schemes!
